This page explains what happens to your email when you join the Yams waitlist. The short version: we store it only to tell you when Yams is ready, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Yams is run by Andrey Tsvid. For anything related to your data, email andreytsvid@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only the email address you enter in the waitlist form. We don't ask for your name or any other details. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To email you when Yams launches and, occasionally, with important news about early access. We won't sell your email, share it for others' marketing, or use it for anything else. You join by choice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are handled by Formspark, a form-processing service that stores the waitlist on our behalf. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Yams doesn't launch, we'll delete the whole waitlist.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your email, or to be removed from the list. Every email we send has an unsubscribe option, or you can just write to andreytsvid@gmail.com. We'll handle requests within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
